Columbia Business School hosted His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan as a distinguished speaker in the School’s continuing Millennium Lecture Series. His Majesty spoke to a packed auditorium of alumni, faculty members and students about leading a developing country to economic stability. During his talk, he emphasized the importance of education and technology in providing new opportunities for Jordanians. Dean Feldberg presented His Majesty with the Millennium Award for Distinguished Leadership in recognition of his impact as a global leader. The Millennium Lecture Series brings world leaders to campus to discuss leadership and economic development issues.
